Ryan Streete
Co-Owner, Director of Sales
Ryan is a fourth-generation painter with a deep passion for craftsmanship and community. Sometimes he jokes that he paints in his sleep! His unique career path “off the brush” includes a degree in Political Science and Philosophy, along with work in local government in Ireland and with the Boston City Council. He brings this community-focused background to every project, creating thoughtful, meaningful connections with clients.
When he’s not painting, meeting with homeowners, or navigating Boston’s streets, you’ll likely find him back at his family home in Ireland, or tinkering under the hood of a vintage car.
Thiago De Souza
Co-Owner, Director of Operations
Thiago brings over two decades of experience in construction and service to the team. With a background in marketing, property development, hospitality, and the trades, he blends practical know-how with a strong sense of customer care. His attention to detail and thoughtful approach consistently raise the bar for client experience.
Outside of work, Thiago enjoys staying active, whether he’s working out or enjoying walks along the coast in his hometown in Brazil.

Our Story
Est. 2018
Originally from Ireland and Brazil, we each brought a strong work ethic, unique cultural perspective, and years of hands-on service experience to Boston. Our paths crossed at neighborhood restaurant Bella Luna and the Milky Way in Jamaica Plain: from opposite sides of the world, we found common ground in hard work and big ideas.
With backgrounds in leading people-centered businesses, we wanted to build Ryan Painting on the shared values of consistency, quality, and care.
This formed the foundation of our vision: a reliable, efficient system designed to deliver a great experience, every time. The thoughtful process our customers experience today is the result of many lessons learned, always listening closely, and showing up with pride in our work. It’s what keeps us going, and keeps homeowners happy!
